Shipping Policy
Products are delivered to the address specified by the Customer when placing the order. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. ILY Lovewear shall not be held liable for any errors, incomplete addresses, or missing information resulting in delivery failure. In such cases, any return or re-shipment costs shall be borne entirely by the Customer.
Delivery times indicated on the website are estimates provided by the carrier (Colissimo) and may vary depending on the destination country and peak activity periods. Delivery delays shall not entitle the Customer to a refund of shipping costs, compensation, or order cancellation.
ILY Lovewear commits to preparing and shipping orders as quickly as possible. Orders are generally prepared within 2 to 3 business days following payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Each order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure the products are well-protected during transit.
Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number is sent to the Customer via email, allowing them to track the package on the carrier's website.
The Customer is responsible for tracking their package and collecting it within the timeframes specified by the carrier. ILY Lovewear shall not be held liable if a package is unclaimed, refused, or collected late by the Customer.
In the event that a package is returned to ILY Lovewear due to an incorrect address, or because it was unclaimed or refused by the Customer:
re-shipment costs shall be borne by the Customer;
or, in the event of a refund request, the refund will be issued excluding initial shipping costs and after deducting any return fees charged to ILY Lovewear by the carrier.
For Metropolitan France, delivery is free on orders of €150 or more. For orders below this amount, a delivery fee of €4.95 applies. For orders shipped outside metropolitan France, the customer is solely responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, or other fees required by the destination country.
To make a return, please log in to your customer account and submit a return request. From your customer account, you can select the product(s) to return and choose between a size exchange or a refund.
