These Terms & Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases made through www.ilylovewear.com (the "Website"), operated by ILY Lovewear ("ILY Lovewear", "we", "our" or "us").

By placing an order on our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version applicable to your purchase is the one in force on the date your order is placed.

Our products are intended solely for personal use. Any resale or commercial use without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

2. Acceptance of Orders

Before completing an order, customers are invited to read these Terms carefully.

By confirming an order and completing payment, you expressly agree to these Terms.

An order confirmation email will automatically be sent once your order has been successfully placed.

ILY Lovewear reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel any order in the event of fraud, payment issues, suspected misuse of the Website, pricing errors or disputes relating to previous orders.

3. Products

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible.

However, photographs, colours, descriptions, dimensions and other product information are provided for illustrative purposes only.

Due to differences between screens, lighting conditions and the handcrafted nature of certain products (particularly our jewellery), slight variations may occur and shall not be considered defects.

All products are offered subject to availability.

Should an item become unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you promptly and offer one of the following options:

  • a replacement product of equivalent value;

  • store credit;

  • or a full refund for the unavailable item.

ILY Lovewear reserves the right to cancel any order affected by an obvious pricing error or technical malfunction.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in EUR (€).

Prices include applicable taxes where required by law but exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Shipping fees, taxes (where applicable) and the total amount payable are displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

ILY Lovewear reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the prices displayed at the time the order is placed.

5. Orders

Customers agree to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information necessary for order processing and delivery.

ILY Lovewear cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Orders become binding only after full payment has been successfully received.

6. Payment & Security

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers including:

  • Shopify Payments

  • PayPal

  • Alma (where available)

Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other methods displayed at checkout.

All payment information is encrypted using industry-standard security protocols.

ILY Lovewear never has access to your complete payment details.

Any malfunction relating to payment processing remains the responsibility of the payment service provider concerned.

Ownership of the products remains with ILY Lovewear until payment has been received in full.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally prepared within 2–3 business days.

Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or French public holidays begin processing on the following business day.

Each order is carefully packed to ensure safe transport.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing and the carrier.

ILY Lovewear cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, force majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers remain responsible for monitoring shipment tracking.

If a parcel is returned because of:

  • an incorrect or incomplete delivery address;

  • refusal of delivery;

  • failure to collect the parcel;

  • or any circumstance attributable to the customer,

the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

If a refund is requested instead, the original shipping costs and any return fees charged to ILY Lovewear by the carrier may be deducted from the refund.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are solely responsible for paying any import duties, VAT, customs fees or local taxes applicable in their country.

Any refusal to pay these charges resulting in the parcel being returned will be treated as a customer-initiated return.

Free shipping thresholds displayed on the Website apply only to eligible destinations.

8. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with European consumer legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

Returned items must be:

  • unworn;

  • unwashed;

  • unstained;

  • fragrance-free;

  • in their original condition;

  • with all original tags attached;

  • and with all hygiene protections intact.

For hygiene reasons, any returned item showing signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, makeup, washing or damage may be refused and returned to the customer.

To request a return, customers must log into their customer account using the email address used for the order.

If access is unavailable, customers may contact us directly at hello@ilylovewear.com, providing their order number and reason for return.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return shipping is complimentary only where expressly indicated on the Website at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility;

  • international returns remain the customer's responsibility.

Refunds are processed within 14 days following receipt and inspection of the returned items.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable where the return results from an unclaimed parcel, refused delivery or customer error.

9. Intellectual Property

ILY Lovewear®, its logo, designs, product names, photographs, texts, graphics, illustrations and all content available on the Website are protected by intellectual property laws.

No part of the Website may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of ILY Lovewear.

Any unauthorised use may give rise to legal proceedings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ILY Lovewear shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or the purchase of products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

11. Privacy

Personal data collected through the Website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise, customers retain the protection afforded by the laws of their country of residence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent French courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer legislation.
